Valentines Day Cupcakes

Okay, so technically Valentines Day was yesterday, but that doesn't mean you can't still make these really cute cupcakes! You could make them for someone else, your friends, a party or even for yourself!

See? they're really simple to make and look so cute. You could decorate them any way you want so they don't have to be themed around Valentines Day. Also- if you ask me- they taste like Vanilla ice cream, so whats not to love? 

Heres the ingredients you will need:
For the cake mixture:
125g self-raising flour
125g butter
125g caster sugar
2 large eggs
2-3 tablespooons milk
For the icing:
200g icing sugar
100g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
food colouring and decorations of your choice
